Abstract :
The stator end-winding is the key component of turbo-generator running in normal status. For exploring the quality characteristics for stator end-winding of large capacity turbo-generator of 600 MW, the test modal based on architectural characteristics is established. The hammering method is used for testing process and the modal parameters of stator end-winding are determined by means of modal analysis. The experiment results approve that the proposed method provide a basis for analysis of dynamic characteristics of stator end-winding and reformation of turbine structure, and makes reference to structure design and parameter calculation of turbine unit in the future.
