Abstract :
Large-diameter longitudinal welded pipe is the main form of energy transport, and used widely in the area of oil and gas transportation. In this paper, large-diameter longitudinal welded pipe forming methods are introduced, and a review on recent research results of finite element simulation technology in the production of large-diameter longitudinal welded pipe are made, in particular JCO/JCOE pipe forming simulation is elaborated. Development and application of finite element simulation technology on large-diameter longitudinal welded pipe forming are discussed, which is of great significance for the development of our pipeline steel pipe manufacturing.
