Abstract :
Organometallic precursor-based synthesis has proved successful for the preparation of uniform nanoparticles. This method is widely used because of the ease and reproducibility of the synthesis, as well as the uniformity and high crystallinity of the particles. The method consists of the decomposition of an organometallic precursor in the presence of capping groups using organic solvents with high boiling points.
