Integrated resources planning at CEB-Brasilia city utility

Due to the fact that CEB electric utility (Brazil) depends almost totally on external generation, buying 95% of the energy that it distributes, the development of studies that compare the supply options with load management alternatives is of large interest. This dependency makes the utility vulnerable to the institutional changes in the Brazilian electric sector and even concerning the oscillation of possible supply tariff (buying) and distribution (selling).
