Abstract :
The objective of this study was to determine the occupational stress status of Beijingpsilas metro drivers and establish the norm of occupational stress. A further objective was to investigate the influencing factors of occupational Stress on individual characteristics, WAI and SCL-90. Result showed that OSI-R reached a set standard of reliability and validity in metro drivers, and high occupational stress could cause significant decreased in WAI, but had no relationship with SCL-90.
