Abstract :
The aim of this paper is to present the results of the SpaceGRID project, funded by the ESA, at the end of 18 months of activities, focusing on the major outcomes of the analysis and the prototyping activities based on the next generation Grid Services architectures, also as a proof of concept for a new idea of Earth Observation enlarged Ground Segment.
