Abstract
Existing fast frequency sweep methods have difficulties in controlling the accuracy and determining the effective bandwidth. In this work, based on the physical understanding of the eigenvalue distribution in integrated circuits, a fast frequency sweep algorithm is developed. In this algorithm, the error and effective bandwidth can be quantitatively analyzed and controlled.
