Abstract :
Improvement of barrier-free maps is required because the proportion of advanced users is rapidly increasing in Japan. The purpose of the study is to make a barrier-free map for physically handicapped persons. A barrier-free map displays the road along which a physically handicapped person is able to pass. Physically handicapped people are limited in terms of their action space depending on the condition of the road in terms of bumps or steep sections. Governments have to consider a comfortable living for physically handicapped persons in their social environment.
