Abstract
Models a crossbar switch with output queueing as a collection of discrete-time queues fed by independent Bernoulli inputs under a random routing mechanism. For this simple model the authors survey results obtained on the problem of comparing various performance measures in terms of the arrival rate vector and switching matrix
