Abstract :
This study aims to discuss the design and movement analysis of parking auxiliary mechanism, making use of motor system to drive toggle so as to promote retractable launching mechanism, and thus the parking auxiliary mechanism could work correctly. For the design process of this study, existing relevant documents and patents regarding parking auxiliary mechanism and retractable launching mechanism of airplane´s landing gear were analyzed first, and then new concept was obtained through the topological structure design and a better design was selected from the new concept in order to complete the conceptual design. Next, vector loop approach and ADAMS are utilized to analyze and simulate the movement of the mechanism; and then, the analytical and simulated results could be tested and verified accordingly. The result of movement analysis and movement simulation of this parking auxiliary mechanism system, including toggle system, retractable launching system, motor system, and motor-driven auxiliary wheel system, met the demand and limitation of this design.
