Abstract
Summary form only given, as follows. Collinear laser spectroscopy is applied to translate the voltage measurement to a determination of optical frequencies, which avoids systematic errors induced by voltage dividers. The determination of the dopplershift of optical transitions gives the voltage. A prototype is to operate at 50 kV, while the project finally aims at 300 kV.
