Abstract :
An efficient identification algorithm of the Preisach model, where the distribution function can be determined from the B-H curve of material, is developed. In the developed algorithm, the distribution function is approximated by using Bezier spline and Gaussian function for the coercive and interaction fields axes, respectively, and the control points of the Bezier spline and the variances of the Gaussian function are found to get a proper distribution function using optimization algorithm.
