Abstract :
We report the interferometric frequency measurement of frequency doubled 532 nm Nd:YAG lasers stabilised to hyperfine components in the two transitions, P(54)32-0 and R(57)32-0 of /sup 127/I/sub 2/. Two independent systems were developed using commercially available devices. Frequency stabilities of 1/spl times/10/sup -12/ for an averaging time of 1 s were achieved.
