Abstract :
This paper presents a joint time and frequency synchronization scheme suitable for IEEE 802.11n devices. It is derived theoretical expressions to analyze the performance of the IEEE 802.11n physical layer operating with soft-decision Viterbi decoding over spatial correlated and uncorrelated flat fading Rayleigh channels, with time-frequency impairments and a realistic channel estimation procedure.
