Abstract :
In this paper we present a solution for the automation of parking services, based on UHF RFID (Ultra High Frequency Radio Frequency IDentification) technology and magnetometers. The system is designed to provide access to the parking lot without any user involvement. The system can be adopted for use in companies that have their own parking space, parking lots that have regular users as well as public parking lots. It is interesting for application in a variety of public services such as Police, Fire Department, Military, Emergency services and others.
