Abstract
In the world of digital television Home Gateway devices is becoming more popular, using which are several different devices connected with server over one router. Using Home Gateway it is possible to share multimedia contents in LAN. Communication protocol which supports sharing of multimedia contents are, among others, DLNA and SAT>IP. New feature for reception and decoding of multimedia contents using SAT>IP is to be proposed, which will provide support both for DVB-T/T2 and SAT>IP.
