Abstract
For discrete-time nonminimum phase plants with output dead-zones, we propose a dead-zone inverse controller which, after a proper initialization, can cancel the effect of the dead-zone and achieve the desired tracking property over a finite time interval of interest. Simulation results show that the proposed controller also leads to the desired tracking performance with random initializations
