Abstract :
Digital educational resources construction is enormous and growing at a staggering rate, the information lacks a uniform semantic description. So that users it difficult to find, organize, access and maintain the information required increasingly. we can realize optimal allocation of digital educational resources, balance the distribution of resources, narrow the resources gap between the rich and the poor, maximize the utilization rate of resources via the sharing platform of digital educational resources based on semantic Web, and which promote the discovery, exchange and sharing of the resource to meet the users´increasingly variegated requirements.
