            Abstract : 
This paper develops a differential topological analysis of robust stability. The uncertainty is assumed to be a cube, viewed as a stratified manifold. The basic fact is that the boundary of the template is an interconnection of images of edges and critical value curves in the sense of the stratified Morse theory
