Abstract :
Summary form only given. Many integrated optical functions have been realized on glass substrate but very few Bragg gratings filters, because the submicronic technological process is quite difficult. The WDM are a crucial components for multichannels optical fibers communications. The fabrication of Bragg gratings filters on Ge doped silica fibers is usually made by holographic UV photoinscription in the core with high power lasers, but this technology is not suitable for mass production. We propose the integration of Bragg gratings etched on monomode glass waveguides.
