Abstract :
In this paper, the structure of Sm2(Fe,Mn)17Nx magnet with amorphous phase was observed by TEM-three dimensional tomography. The structure has high coercive force. Microstructures were observed using a transmission electron microscope. Using energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and electron energy-loss spectroscopy, the amorphous phase was higher than that of the crystal phase. It was also revealed by a Lorentz electron microscope that the domain wall was located on the amorphous phase.
