Abstract :
The microwave absorption characteristics of Ni80Fe20 wire arrays are estimated in this study by ferromagnetic resonance spectroscopy. Simulative calculation shows wires that behave as giant magnetic moment which are coupled with each other by the dipole-dipole interaction. The calculated angular dependence of the resonance fields are in good agreement with observations. Hence, the appearance of giant magnetic moments and their collective excitation rationalizes the occurrence of the dipolar standing spin wave in the wire array.
