Abstract :
Architectures of VLSI fuzzy processors based on voltage-mode and novel current-mode defuzzification schemes are discussed. The processors use fully programmable circuits building blocks. The proposed schemes allow modular expansion of the fuzzy processor. SPICE simulations are shown that verify the processors
