  • Abstract
    To realize and effectively manage the customer-oriented logistics capability in supply chain enterprises, a constituent system was established for supply chain logistics service capability. In this study, fuzzy VIKOR algorithm was employed to evaluate the customer-oriented supply-chain-based logistics service capability for supply chain enterprises as solving a multi-criteria decision-making problem. A combination weighting method formed by compared respectively fuzzy weight method and fuzzy entropy weight method is put forward in this paper, it can combine subjectivity and objectivity effectively and can reflect the policymaker´s will rationally. At last the effectiveness of our approach was verified by testing the method with an example.
