Abstract :
The extraction of the text in a video sequence has become controversial since the emergence of data processing and represents a revolution in the world of the multimedia. This article entitled "Detection and Extraction of the Text in a video sequence" consists achieving a system that extracts the inclusive text in video while relying on hypotheses and in trying to take advantage of the previous research this field.
