Abstract :
Some considerations on 8/6 switched reluctance (SR) generator excited by a suppression resister converter (SRC) is presented. Finite element method is used to calculate the symbols at the dc excitation voltage VDC=30 V. It was found that there is good agreement between the calculated and experimental results.
