Abstract :
An amortization problem for control systems acting in the presence of disturbances is considered. To construct the bounded stabilizing feedback of special type an accompanying optimal control problem is introduced. For this problem the optimal disclosable program-positional feedback is constructed which possesses stabilizing properties under disturbances. An algorithm for the stabilizer is described. This algorithm is capable to produce values of feedback in real-time mode during every concrete control process
