Abstract :
Large angle laser beam scanning was achieved by using holographic technique, and applied to a range finder system. The holographic scanner consists of the rotating drum (1200 rpm) and 50 hologram plates with it and deflects light beam in 14\\deg holizontally and in 6\\deg 40\´ vertically at 1000 scans per sec. Deflected laser beam is reflected back from the target and detected by photomultiplier with the gate circuit. Finally the detected signal is displayed on the cathode ray tube (20 flames/sec). Laser TV system is also constructed using the vibrating mirror scanner. This system is simple, compact and obtainable of clearer pictures.
