Abstract :
In this paper, the crystallographic and magnetic properties of KFeO2 were studied. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to determine the crystal structure of the material. Magnetic properties of the material such as magnetization moment, hyperfine field, isomer shift and quadrupole splitting were determined using vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM) and Mossbauer spectroscopy.
