Abstract :
Admittance characteristics of a rectangular radiating slot in the broad wall of a rectangular waveguide are evaluated by the method of moments, using a conventional approach for free space. The computed result shows excellent agreement with measured results. CST Microwave studio is used for the simulation and is totally based on FIT techniques. The approach considers the Taylor distribution with specific SLL for desired linear aperture array antenna. The formulation uses transmission matrix approach.
