Abstract :
This paper introduces the concept and advantage of cloud computing. Based on Tangshan, analyzed the present situation of Regional information resource distribution and service, factors hindering the regional information resource sharing including strict separation in management system, fund shortage, wasteful resource repetition slow process of standardization process. We discussed the Regional information sharing mode based on Cloud Computing. The mode provides an information services platform, which can update resources at any time, realize the elasticity expansion. It will cut the cost of information acquisition of users, and increase operation rate of information resources. It is purposed to lay the foundation for making a strategic plan for regional information resource sharing development, for developing and making use of the regional information resources, and for uplifting regional competitiveness.
