  • Abstract
    The present work shows a PIC microcontroller embedded system that controls scanning trajectories of an ultrasound transducer to produce ultrasonic stimulation and thereby increasing bone density in patients with osteoporosis. This system is based on a microcontroller, stepper motors, a XY Cartesian manipulator, and an ultrasound transducer.
