Abstract :
In this paper, we discuss the simulation research of an adaptive [A&SL1] equalization system which was applied in a sixteen-level Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (16 QAM) Demodulator. This simulation system implements adaptive equalization for QAM signal which transmits in a complex Gaussian white noise disturbed communication channel. The complex Least Mean Square (LMS) algorithm is the equalizer core to rectify the adaptive equalizer tap weights
