  • Abstract
    To improve the performance of the egg automatic grading line, a novel structure design and analysis of the inspection equipment for an egg automatic grading line is presented in this paper. The layout of the inspection machine is designed first in Pro/E. And the design and performance analysis of a cam weigh system of the inspection machine is developed in Pro/Mechanism. In addition, a transportation system is presented as well. With the optimization design and simulation of the intermittent drive mechanism in the transportation system, the kinematic performance of the inspection equipment satisfies the system requirement.
