Abstract :
Both users and administrators need a flexible and easy to use means of specifying call management policies to take advantage of the call handling functionality for selective forwarding, cost based outward call routing, recording calls etc. which are supported by a VoIP PBX. This paper presents a case study of a system for specifying and implementing policies, as well as detecting and resolving policy conflicts for the Asterisk PBX.
