Abstract :
This paper aims at design a high-Precision motion platform with precision position control for automatic tubeless dye dispenser. The structure of the platform and an electric hardware system were designed. Precision motion platform can move in directions of X, Y, Z and W. For dispense rapidly and the reliability, the programmable multiple-axis controller (PMAC) was employed to build the control system. The characteristic of the automatic dye dispenser was analyzed. The positioning accuracy and reliability meet the demand of the titration testing.
