            Abstract : 
A method to improve either amplitude matching and phase shift in RF quadrature waveform generators is presented. The used technique extends the RC-CR shift-phase approach and achieves a geometrical property of figures made by triangles. The method, implemented with a 0.8 /spl mu/m BiCMOS technology, allows us to improve the 900 MHz amplitude matching from 38% to 4% and to improve the phase error from 3/spl deg/ to 0.1.
