Abstract :
Worldwide dissemination of Kyoto protocol of the United Nations Base Convention on Climate Change progresses to rapid development of renewable energy. This report demonstrates the outlook of scientific and technological development of renewable energies in Mongolia, and its ecological, economic and social aspects. The report is based on the world trend of the renewable energy technology, reports and publications from the national or international scientific conferences, and results from the research and practical works for the dissemination and utilization of environmentally clean renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, hydro, geothermal and etc.
