Management of expenses on service and repairs of the equipment of electrical networks

The modern condition of electrical networks is characterized by the raised degree of deterioration of electric equipment (physical and moral), that inevitably results in increase of probability of emergency failures and decrease of operational reliability. Thereof the tendency to increase of required annual expenses of the enterprise of electrical networks (EN) on realization of maintenance service and restoration of the equipment is shown. A low level of the investments in modernisation of networks, and also the limitation of selected means compels EN to search of internal reserves of economy of expenses for maintenance of serviceability of the equipment. It means a choice of rational strategy of service and effective target use of selected means. However, the absence of the methodical approach to the analysis of actual distribution of expenses EN does not allow to estimate efficiency of the accepted strategy of management of service of the equipment and to plan ways of its updating.
