Abstract
Rural electrification using renewable energy in Mongolia (European Union, TACIS,) in 13 soum centers in Uvurkhangai and Bayankhongor aimags. Meteorological measurement stations were installed in 5 soum centers and 5 kW wind-solar-diesel hybrid systems were installed in 3 soum centers. Techno-economic feasibility studies for electrification of soum centres in Mongolia using renewables.
