Integrated Communication System for Urban Emergency Command

Urban emergency communication system is an important part of the command system. In dealing with major public emergencies, we need professional, multi-arms work together, how to achieve synergy of combined arms operations in the communication command scheduling is one of the problems the urban emergency communication system should solve. In this paper, we integrated the urban emergency command communications dispatch system implementation project as a preliminary discussion on technical issues and propose a practical solution.
