Abstract
In this paper , when lower and upper approximation operations satified a limit during [0,1], we discuss the relation- ship between fuzzy rough set models and fuzzy topologies on a finite universe, then prove some properties on rough set model which the set of all lower approximation sets based on a reflexive fuzzy relation consists of a fuzzy topology.
