Abstract :
The electronic structure of a binary titanate La2Ti2O7 has been studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Spectral features of valence band has been considered. Chemical bonding effects has been studied by a relationship between the constituent element core levels and oxide bond lengths.
