Abstract :
United network of energetic is covered Mongolian 12 aimaks´s territories of 21 administrative aimags and transmits the electrical energy to consumers with 220/110/35 kV 60 substations and through 220/110 kV about 5000 kilometer long power line. Inevitable demand to broadly put informational technology into this network that about 60% of all population is emerging because the world countries are becoming more dependent from each other economically and politically, the world is globalizing and also the powerful informational system to express their mutual coherence is coming into existence.
