  • Abstract
Summary form only given. We report our results on GaAs-AlGaAs traveling wave Mach-Zehnder electro optical modulators. We measured the phase velocity, matched modulators with electrode μm gaps. This paper discusses the effect of this gap variation on modulator characteristics
