The Employment Current Situations of Petrol Engineering Specialized Students and Its Countermeasure Research

Along with the development of science and technology, the constant improvement of the modernized level and digital revolution in every oilfield gradually arisen and consecutive enrollment in universities in China, the employment situation for petroleum engineering specialty students is getting worse. In this paper the petroleum enterprises´ employment forms are introduced , petroleum engineering specialty students´ employment situation and petroleum enterprises to talented persons´ demand are analyzed , finally from constructing scientific talented people´s training model, paying attention to the combining theory with practice, cultivation of petroleum engineering specialty in the internationalized personnel pertinently, put forward the enhancement of petroleum engineering specialty students employment ability countermeasure, so this paper has guiding significance in petroleum engineering students´ training and students upgrading their employment ability.
