  • Abstract
Low-chirp modulation of InGaAsP-InP three-contact DFB MQW lasers is experimentally demonstrated by using push-pull and single-ended modulation schemes. It is shown that three-contact DFB lasers offer significant reduction of transient, adiabatic and thermally induced wavelength deviation
