Abstract :
The purpose guiding this research has been to describe the interactive process characteristics of efficient team learning from students´ own perspectives. In-depth interviews was conducted in the context just after student-team solving problem cooperatively, and NVivo was used to sort, organize and index data. Specific Findings were: From the micro-angle of view, features were as following: mutual taking steps forward, correct ideas emerging, and identifying the correct ideas acutely, giving logical reasons et al.; from the macro-angle of view, features were as following: participating jointly, clearizing problem and preparing enough et al.. And the common descriptions of above two different angles were: discussing freely, doubting on wrong or deviated opinions necessarily, and questions-responsing immediately. These results seemingly suggested that the essence of student´s efficient team learning is mutual scaffolding.
