Abstract
The second control scenario implementation stage of two-stage control of active cells (AC) as a certain class of embedded systems is considered. An optimal structure of the set of control activities is derived. The structure allows one to select a control activity and to generate sequences of control actions at time-critical operational stage as a reaction to periodically appearing sensor readings with a minimal number of comparisons. The structurization of a set of activities is exposed as a finite step clustering algorithm, solving an integer optimization problem. A very general framework for AC two-stage control is presented
