A Practical Research on Model of School-Enterprise Cooperation of Applied Local Universities

At present, many different cultivation models have emerged in the development of applied universities in China. All kinds of cultivation models can be classified and organized according to the characteristics and functions of social service of applied universities. The method of combining "3+1" and "order form\´\´ talents cultivation adopted by Automobile Service Engineering Program of Jianghan University in terms of model of school-enterprise cooperation has effectively enhanced students\´ practice skills and comprehensive qualities. This kind of innovative cultivation model has not only provided beneficial exploration to the cultivation model of school-enterprise cooperation in applied local universities but also offered new methods and ways to the cultivation of local enterprises talents.
